Intelligence Art — Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited in connection with your use of the Intelligence Art platform at https://intelligenceart.ai/ — including the Academy, the Studio, the AI Tools, the account area and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") — operated by FOP Sadkovskyi Vadym Anatoliiovych (the "Company").
This AUP is an integral part of the Terms of Use. It applies to your prompts, your uploads, the content you generate, your interactions with other users, and any other use of the Platform. Where a particular Service has additional restrictions, they apply together with this AUP.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of a new edition constitutes acceptance.
We may, at any time, remove content, block a generation, and restrict, suspend or terminate your account or access for violations of this AUP. Where the law requires, we may disclose infringing content to law-enforcement or other competent authorities. Our determination of whether a violation has occurred is made at our reasonable discretion.
Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Ukrainian versions, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to upload content, submit prompts, generate content, or use the Platform, directly or indirectly, in any manner that:
- promotes or creates a risk of physical or mental harm, emotional distress, death, disability or disfigurement to any person or animal;
- seeks to harm, abuse, sexualise or exploit minors in any way — such content is blocked and, where required, reported to competent authorities;
- is harassing, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or threatening;
- discriminates, incites or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin or any other basis;
- depicts identifiable real persons without a lawful basis, including intimate or compromising depictions, or is intended to deceive by impersonating a real person ("deepfakes" without consent);
- constitutes pornography or sexually explicit material, or otherwise violates the content standards published by the Company for the AI Tools;
- involves the sale or promotion of illegal activities, products or services, or promotes fraud;
- violates the rights of any individual or third party, including intellectual-property and data-privacy rights;
- contains information you have no right to make available under law or under confidentiality, contractual or fiduciary duties;
- is false, deceptive or misleading, or promotes, endorses or facilitates the spread of disinformation;
- threatens or undermines democratic processes or institutions;
- otherwise violates applicable law.
Fair Use
The Platform, including the free tier, is intended for personal, human use. Each account is strictly personal and may only be used by the individual to whom it is assigned.
You may not share, sell, resell, sublicense or otherwise grant access to your account or its features to third parties. You must not use the Platform through automation, bots or external tools. Any form of mass generation, scraping, automated extraction of content or metadata, artificial multiplication of accounts, or any other technique intended to artificially increase usage or circumvent technical or contractual limits is strictly prohibited.
The Company monitors usage patterns and technical signals to ensure compliance with this Fair Use policy and may temporarily restrict, suspend or disable access to features or accounts where abnormal, excessive or automated activity is detected. Such actions are proportionate; you will be informed of the reason and may request review via support@intelligenceart.ai.
Reporting
If you believe that any user or any content on the Platform violates this AUP, contact us at support@intelligenceart.ai. Intellectual-property complaints are handled under the Intellectual Property Policy.
